Shai Golan, founder of 814 Works and the creator of Aikido3D and
TKD3D, divides his time between developing new products and practicing Aikido at the NY Aikikai. Shai has extensive experience of 15 years in the interactive and online content business.
Ran Sarielhas 12 years of experience in 3D Animation for TV, Film and Real-Time Interactive media. Ran’s career includes top positions as lead modeler, senior animator, Lead Technical Director and Supervising Character TD - For International production and post production companies. (

Moty Aharonovitz, lead software engineer for Aikido3D, senior technologist for top Silicon Valley companies and interactive multimedia veteran. Moty has a “sweet spot” for combining highly visual content with "good-old” coding, always resulting in the out of the ordinary effect!
Yoav Caspi, Web Master and online software engineer for Aikido3D. Yoav’s doings span over a wide range of internet-based activities, from non-profit, to his roles with successful startups & major US Internet players.
Eran Vardi, 4th Dan and a dedicated Aikido practitioner since 1989. In addition to heading his own dojo in NJ, Eran enhances his Aikido career with Neuromuscular Massage Therapy, which provides him with an insightful understanding of movement and human anatomy.
Donovan Waite Sensei, 7th Dan Shihan is a martial arts professional who has dedicated his life to the practice of the teachings of Aikido. With more than 30 years of experience and over ten years as Uchi Deshi under Yoshimitsu Yamada Sensei at the New York Aikikai, Waite Sensei has developed his own style that he continues to teach in his Philadelphia Dojo and all around the world.
Luis Sabater, 3rd Dan, has been studying Aikido for 15 years, starting in Spain with Michelle and Francisco Manchon, and for the past 6 years as an Uchi Deshi at the New York Aikikai, studying full-time under Yoshimitsu Yamada Sensei and Seichi Sugano Sensei. Today, as head Uchi Deshi and Dojo Manager, Luis continues to evolve, practicing and teaching Aikido regularly.
